Tandori Dressing and Marinade

Serves: 8-2 oz. portions

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 2 tsp. chopped garlic
  • ½ tsp. cayenne
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 6-8 drops Cilantro Flavor
  • 2 tsp. Ginger Puree
  • 2 cups non fat yogurt
  • 8 drops Lemongrass Flavor

Instructions

  1. 1 Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. 2 Refrigerate 2-3 hours before service.
  3. 3 Use as a dressing on seafood and poultry salads or as a marinade for grilling.
