Tandori Dressing and Marinade
8-2 oz. portions
Ingredients
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 2 tsp. chopped garlic
- ½ tsp. cayenne
- salt and pepper to taste
- 6-8 drops Cilantro Flavor
- 2 tsp. Ginger Puree
- 2 cups non fat yogurt
- 8 drops Lemongrass Flavor
Instructions
- 1 Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- 2 Refrigerate 2-3 hours before service.
- 3 Use as a dressing on seafood and poultry salads or as a marinade for grilling.
