Tarragon Sauce

Serves: 1+ quarts


  • 2 Tbsp. chopped shallots
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped tarragon
  • 3 cups prepared Demi Glace Sauce Mix
  • 2 cups white wine


  1. 1 Reduce the wine, chopped shallots and 2 tablespoons of chopped tarragon by half.
  2. 2 Add the prepared |demiglacesauce| and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
  3. 3 Strain and add the 2 teaspoons of chopped tarragon just before service.
