Thai Dressing

Ingredients
- 4 tsp. Thai Marinade
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 2 tsp. chopped mint
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 cups low fat yogurt
- ½ tsp. Coconut Flavor
Instructions
- 1 Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- 2 Refrigerate 2-3 hours before service.
- 3 Use the dressing as an accompaniment for seafood, chicken, vegetable and fruit salads.
