Thai Dressing

Serves: 10-2 oz. portions

Ingredients

  • 4 tsp. Thai Marinade
  • 3 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 tsp. chopped mint
  • 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 cups low fat yogurt
  • ½ tsp. Coconut Flavor

Instructions

  1. 1 Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. 2 Refrigerate 2-3 hours before service.
  3. 3 Use the dressing as an accompaniment for seafood, chicken, vegetable and fruit salads.
