- 4 six oz. top sirloin steaks
- 1 tsp. chopped garlic
- 1 tsp. Mushroom Base
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Combine the oil with the |mushroombase| and chopped garlic.
- 2 Allow the steaks to come to room temperature.
- 3 Rub with seasoning mix and grill to desired temperature.
- 4 Allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
