Top Sirloin Steak

Serves: 4 portions


  • 4 six oz. top sirloin steaks
  • 1 tsp. chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp. Mushroom Base
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil


  1. 1 Combine the oil with the |mushroombase| and chopped garlic.
  2. 2 Allow the steaks to come to room temperature.
  3. 3 Rub with seasoning mix and grill to desired temperature.
  4. 4 Allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
