Vegetable Hollandaise

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. whole butter
- 1 Tbsp. chopped shallots
- 1 cup prepared Hollandaise Sauce Mix
- ½-¾ tsp. No Added MSG Liquid Vegetable Consommé Prep
- salt & pepper
Instructions
- 1 Prepare |hollandaisesauce| per package instructions.
- 2 Sauté the chopped shallots in the whole butter.
- 3 Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- 4 Season with salt and pepper.
- 5 Hold in steam table for service.
