Ingredients
- 4 tsp. curry powder
- ¼ tsp Ginger Puree
- 1½ Tbsp. Coconut Flavor
- 1/8 tsp. chopped garlic
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. Liquid Seafood Consommé Prep
- 1½ Tbsp. light brown sugar
- pinch ground cloves
- 4½ Tbsp. peanut butter
- ¾ cup plain yogurt
- ¾ cup milk
- 2 lbs. chicken, boneless and skinless
- 3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- pinch ground nutmeg
- 4 tsp. soy sauce
Instructions
- 1 Cut the chicken into strips.
- 2 Mix the remaining ingredients and divide in half.
- 3 Marinate the chicken in half of the mixture for 2 hours.
- 4 Skewer the chicken and grill. Use the remaining mixture to baste the chicken as it grills.
