Chili con Carne

Ingredients
- ¼ cup corn-oil
- 4 lbs. small-diced chuck roast
- 2 tsp. chopped garlic
- 2 medium onions, small-diced
- ½ cup flour
- 1/3 cup Ancho Chile Flavor Concentrate
- 1 qt. prepared RC Beef Base of your choice
- 1 lb. cooked kidney beans
- Jalapeño Flavor to taste
Instructions
- 1 Heat oil and brown meat.
- 2 Add chopped garlic, onions and sprinkle with flour.
- 3 Cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring continually.
- 4 Add Ancho Chile Flavor Concentrate, prepared Beef Bases and beans.
- 5 Simmer for 45-60 minutes, or until meat is tender.
- 6 Finish with Jalapeño Flavor to taste.
