Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Bowl
10- 8 oz. portions
- 1 – 15 oz. pkg. RC Apple Fruit Filling Mix
- 1 tsp. RC Umami Sensations® Red Miso Powder
- 1 qt. water or milk
- 2 cups oatmeal
- ground cinnamon to garnish
- sliced fresh apple
- 1 Prepare RC Apple Fruit Filling Mix according to label directions and stir in RC Umami Sensations® Red Miso Powder.
- 2 Prepare oatmeal, adding dry oats to boiling hot water or milk or combination of both.
- 3 Stir frequently and simmer mixture for 5 minutes.
- 4 Remove oatmeal from heat, cover and let stand for 3-4 minutes and blend in prepared RC Apple Fruit Filling Mix with RC Umami Sensations® Red Miso Powder.
- 5 Portion into bowl and garnish with a little ground cinnamon and a few fresh apple slices.
