Chicken Satay

Ingredients

  • 4 tsp. curry powder
  • ¼ tsp Ginger Puree
  • 1½ Tbsp. Coconut Flavor
  • 1/8 tsp. chopped garlic
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. Liquid Seafood Consommé Prep
  • 1½ Tbsp. light brown sugar
  • pinch ground cloves
  • 4½ Tbsp. peanut butter
  • ¾ cup plain yogurt
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 2 lbs. chicken, boneless and skinless
  • 3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • pinch ground nutmeg
  • 4 tsp. soy sauce

Instructions

  1. 1 Cut the chicken into strips.
  2. 2 Mix the remaining ingredients and divide in half.
  3. 3 Marinate the chicken in half of the mixture for 2 hours.
  4. 4 Skewer the chicken and grill. Use the remaining mixture to baste the chicken as it grills.
