Ingredients

2 ribs celery, bias cut
2 carrots, bias cut
2 tsp. olive oil
2 ½ oz. RC Liquid Chicken Consommé Prep
1 tsp. Roasted Onion Base
¼ tsp. Roasted Garlic Base
1 gal. water
3 cups fresh spinach, cleaned
12-16 oz. chicken, poached and julienne
4 cups cooked udon noodles, cut into 4 inch lengths
¼ - ½ tsp. Lemongrass Flavor

Instructions

1 Slowly heat the olive oil.
2 Sauté the celery and carrots for 2-3 minutes.

4 Simmer for 5 minutes.
5 Add the spinach, chicken and cooked udon noodles.
6 Finish with the RC Lemongrass Flavor and serve.
