Chili con Carne

Chili con Carne Serves: 15-20 portions

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup corn-oil
  • 4 lbs. small-diced chuck roast
  • 2 tsp. chopped garlic
  • 2 medium onions, small-diced
  • ½ cup flour
  • 1/3 cup Ancho Chile Flavor Concentrate
  • 1 qt. prepared RC Beef Base of your choice
  • 1 lb. cooked kidney beans
  • Jalapeño Flavor to taste

Instructions

  1. 1 Heat oil and brown meat.
  2. 2 Add chopped garlic, onions and sprinkle with flour.
  3. 3 Cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring continually.
  4. 4 Add Ancho Chile Flavor Concentrate, prepared Beef Bases and beans.
  5. 5 Simmer for 45-60 minutes, or until meat is tender.
  6. 6 Finish with Jalapeño Flavor to taste.
