Curried Shrimp Salad

Ingredients
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 2 cups cooked, chopped shrimp
- ¼ cup celery, minced
- ½ green pepper, small diced
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. Gluten-Free Liquid Seafood Consommé Prep
Instructions
- 1 Mix the mayonnaise, curry and RC Liquid Seafood Consommé Prep.
- 2 Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Hold refrigerated for service.
