Curried Shrimp Salad

Serves: 8-10 portions

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. curry powder
  • 2 cups cooked, chopped shrimp
  • ¼ cup celery, minced
  • ½ green pepper, small diced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. Gluten-Free Liquid Seafood Consommé Prep

Instructions

  1. 1 Mix the mayonnaise, curry and RC Liquid Seafood Consommé Prep.
  2. 2 Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Hold refrigerated for service.
