FlavorMatch Vegetarian Beef and Mushroom Soup

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. diced potatoes
- ½ lb. sliced celery
- 4 quarts prepared Hearty Foundations™ Vegan GF FlavorMatch® Gluten-Free Beef Flavor Base No Added MSG
- 1 lb. diced tomatoes
- ¼ lb. diced red bell pepper
- 1 lb. diced carrots
- 4 quarts prepared No Added MSG Mushroom Base
- 1 lb. sliced mushrooms
Instructions
- 1 Combine both prepared No Added MSG FlavorMatch® Vegetarian Beef Flavored Base and RC No Added MSG Mushroom Base together in a large soup pot and bring to a boil.
- 2 Add diced carrots, diced red bell pepper, sliced mushrooms, diced potatoes and celery.
- 3 Reduce heat to a simmer and cook until potatoes are tender.
- 4 Add diced tomatoes and simmer for another 10-15 minutes.
