Sautéed Spring Spinach
- 10 oz. washed and dried spinach
- 1 julienne yellow pepper
- 1 julienne red pepper
- 1 Tbsp. chopped shallots
- 1 tsp. chopped garlic
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. No Added MSG Liquid Vegetable Consommé Prep
- 1 Sauté the chopped garlic, chopped shallots and peppers until softened.
- 2 Add the spinach and Liquid Vegetable Consommé Prep and toss until wilted.
- 3 Serve immediately.
- 4 This vegetable works well as a base for the Poached Salmon or the Seafood Couscous.
