Sautéed Spring Spinach

Serves: 4 portions


  • 10 oz. washed and dried spinach
  • 1 julienne yellow pepper
  • 1 julienne red pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped shallots
  • 1 tsp. chopped garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. No Added MSG Liquid Vegetable Consommé Prep


  1. 1 Sauté the chopped garlic, chopped shallots and peppers until softened.
  2. 2 Add the spinach and Liquid Vegetable Consommé Prep and toss until wilted.
  3. 3 Serve immediately.
  4. 4 This vegetable works well as a base for the Poached Salmon or the Seafood Couscous.
