Low Sodium Turkey & Rice Soup

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 4 oz. turkey, small diced
- 3 carrots, small diced
- 2 medium onions, small diced
- 2 ribs celery, small diced
- 1 cup corn
- 1 tsp. chopped garlic
- 3 quarts prepared Turkey Base
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 tsp. rubbed sage
- 1 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary
- 1½ cups boiled rice
- ground white pepper
Instructions
- 1 Heat the oil and sauté the turkey, vegetables and chopped garlic.
- 2 Add the prepared Turkey Base, herbs and cooked rice.
- 3 Simmer for 3-5 minutes.
- 4 Adjust the seasoning with pepper.
