Asian Vegetable or Pho Noodle Bowl
Ingredients
- 7¼ gallons cold water
 - 1 qt. RC no added MSG GF Liquid Vegetable Consommé Mix
 - 1 Tbsp. RC Umami Sensations® Shiitake Mushroom Powder
 - 1 Tbsp. RC Umami Sensations® Soy Sauce Powder (Wheat Free)
 - ½ teaspoon RC Cilantro Flavor
 - ½ teaspoon RC Lemongrass Flavor
 - 14 oz. RC Ginger Puree
 - to taste - RC Chipotle Chile Concentrate
 
Instructions
- 1 Blend cold water with RC no added MSG GF Vegetable Consommé Mix until completely dissolved then add rest of ingredients and bring to a simmer or 165°F.
 - 2 Suggested amount of vegetables to use:
 - 3 6 lbs. cleaned chopped Bok Choy – fresh
 - 4 2½ lbs. thin shredded Carrots
 - 5 2½ lbs. Shredded Broccoli Stem – same size as carrots
 - 6 10 oz. chopped fresh Scallions
 - 7 1½ lbs. whole Snow Peas
 - 8 14 oz. julienned Red Bell Pepper
 - 9 Vegetable mixture can be added to broth at any time.
