Beer Cheese Dip and Soft Pretzels Serves: 2½ quarts

Ingredients

  • 64 oz. whole milk
  • 1 lb. pkg RC Instant Yellow Cheese Sauce Mix
  • 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 8 oz. beer preferably a lager or porter style
  • 2 Tbsp. RC Chilie Concentrate of choice: (Spicy) RC Chipotle or Ancho Chile Flavor or (Mild) RC Ranchero Chile Flavor
  • extra shredded cheddar cheese if you prefer
  • 1 tsp. RC Umami Sensations® Kokumi Powder
  • 1 tsp. RC Umami Sensations® Mirepoix Powder

Instructions

  1. 1 Heat milk to a simmer in a double boiler or water bath.
  2. 2 Whisk in RC Instant Yellow Cheese Sauce Mix and add rest of ingredients.
  3. 3 Refrigerate or keep hot until ready to use.
