Nantucket Lobster Bisque

Ingredients
- 1 lb. cooked, cubed lobster
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup sherry
- 1 gallon milk
- 1 gallon water
- 1 bunch fresh dill, for garnish
- 2 packages No Added MSG Seafood Bisque Mix
- 2 Tbsp. RC No Added MSG Lobster Base
- 1 tsp. RC Umami Sensations® Oyster Extract Powder
- 1 tsp. RC Umami Sensations® Kokumi Powder
Instructions
- 1 Prepare the RC Seafood Bisque with the water and milk per package instructions.
- 2 Add RC no added MSG Lobster Base, sherry and heavy cream and continue to simmer for 10–15 minutes.
- 3 Add cooked lobster and both RC Umami Sensations™ simmer for an additional 10-15 minutes.
- 4 Serve bisque garnished with fresh dill.
