- 4 oz. sweet sherry
- 2 lbs. mixed mushrooms of your choice
- 4 oz. chopped shallots
- 1 package Seafood Bisque, prepared with Half & Half
- chopped fresh chives for garnish
- 1 In a sauce pan sauté chopped shallots and mushrooms.
- 2 Add sherry and reduce liquid by half its volume.
- 3 Add prepared |seafoodbisque| and bring sauce to a simmer.
- 4 Garnish with chopped Chives.
