Beer Cheese Dip and Soft Pretzels
2½ quarts
Ingredients
- 64 oz. whole milk
- 1 lb. pkg RC Instant Yellow Cheese Sauce Mix
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 8 oz. beer preferably a lager or porter style
- 2 Tbsp. RC Chilie Concentrate of choice: (Spicy) RC Chipotle or Ancho Chile Flavor or (Mild) RC Ranchero Chile Flavor
- extra shredded cheddar cheese if you prefer
- 1 tsp. RC Umami Sensations® Kombu Powder
- 1 tsp. RC Umami Sensations® Mirepoix Powder
Instructions
- 1 Heat milk to a simmer in a double boiler or water bath.
- 2 Whisk in RC Instant Yellow Cheese Sauce Mix and add rest of ingredients.
- 3 Refrigerate or keep hot until ready to use.
