Roasted Red Pepper and Ancho Chile Soup

Ingredients
- 2½ gallons prepared RC Classic Seasoned Cream Soup Base or RC Gluten-Free Seasoned Cream Soup Base*
- 1½ quarts pureed roasted red peppers
- 1 tsp. Roasted Garlic Base
- 6-7 Tbsp. RC Ancho Chile Flavor Concentrate
- ½ cup Liquid Vegetable Consommé Prep
Instructions
- 1 Prepare the RC Seasoned Cream Soup Base according to package instructions.
- 2 Combine all ingredients and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- 3 Adjust seasoning with additional RC Ancho Chile Flavor Concentrate.
