Roasted Red Pepper and Ancho Chile Soup Serves: 3+ gallons

Ingredients

  • 2½ gallons prepared RC Classic Seasoned Cream Soup Base or RC Gluten-Free Seasoned Cream Soup Base*
  • 1½ quarts pureed roasted red peppers
  • 1 tsp. Roasted Garlic Base
  • 6-7 Tbsp. RC Ancho Chile Flavor Concentrate
  • ½ cup Liquid Vegetable Consommé Prep

Instructions

  1. 1 Prepare the RC Seasoned Cream Soup Base according to package instructions.
  2. 2 Combine all ingredients and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  3. 3 Adjust seasoning with additional RC Ancho Chile Flavor Concentrate.

*Using RC Gluten-Free Seasoned Cream Soup Base makes this recipe Gluten-Free. To “Umamify” the recipe, simply add 3 tsp. RC Umami Sensations® Mirepoix Powder, 3 tsp.
